OVERVIEW

This is an in-depth list of all current rules and guidelines listed for our server. By becoming a member of our server, you agree that violation of these rules may result in a warning, temporary or permanent exclusion from WasteLandZ Servers. These rules apply to all WasteLandZ Servers and include any and all direct/private messages that you send to other users within these server(s). 

GOLDEN RULE  Do unto others as you shall have done unto you.  If you would not like the action you are about to take done to you, you should not be doing it to other players/staff including conduct in discord or in-game.  Treat everyone with respect. 

GENERAL RULES 

• RULE #1 ..HAVE FUN, if you don’t enjoy the difficulty, this probably isn’t the server for you, that doesn’t make you any less of a person or DayZ player. We strive to get after the core values of the game.
• The rules are enforced by the people, for the people.  If you have questions or need to report any violations please #➤-ᴄʀᴇᴀᴛᴇ-ᴀ-ᴛɪᴄᴋᴇᴛ  .  The golden rule of “do unto others as you should have done unto you” shall be followed at all times.  Please screen shot or record any issues that you encounter. Our goal is to make this an excellent experience for everyone.
   
• as part of the community you agree to report any exploits that would make gameplay unrealistic, overly advantageous including farming of certain items in a method that draws away from the core values of the server; realism, difficulty,  survival.  If it was supposed to be easy, it’s prob not correct and we need to know about it.  This is supposed to be a challenge, embrace it.
• The following will not be tolerated: 
• Utilizing glitches or exploits to gain advantages in game, duping or utilizing any other exploit including Cronus-Zen for you console nerds.
• Toxicity, Personal Insults, Trash Talk
• Grieving,  harassing, bullying, or excessively targeting players in a toxic manner.
• RAIDING RULES 
• Raiding through doors is the only method that is enabled.
• Take what you need, get out, don’t popcorn or be a dick
• Building next to another players base to gain access is not allowed
• DO NOT log out in another players base, you must log at least 300m away
• BUILDING RULES 
• DO NOT block roads
• DO NOT build in police stations, hospitals, hunting camps, or custom areas including the bunkers or other keyed areas
• DO NOT build in military areas
• You must have at leave one raid-able entrance, no blocking doorways.

First offense- warning 

Second offense- 1 week BAN  

Third offense- permanent BAN Mistakes happen.  

Integrity, honesty, and humbleness goes a long way and is usually met with forgiveness and leniency.  This is a video game, don’t take it so serious; have fun, play by the rules and help to make the server enjoyable for everyone  

DISCORD RULES 

• Meta Chat (What your character sees in game should not be discussed in Discord or voice chat including giving away base locations, posting about what you've raided or telling who is online, who is where, maintain the integrity of the immersion at all times. Utilize in game voice chat or in game radios as much as possible.
• Only one Discord account is allowed in the server. Discord is also not mandatory to play.
• RACISM, BULLYING, TOXICITY, HARRASSMENT of any kind WILL NOT BE  TOLERATED.
• Personal assaults or excessive toxicity will not be tolerated.
• DO NOT @ everyone
• Please use appropriate channels for bank commands, please don’t clog up gen chat, nobody cares who you killed, see above.
• DO NOT post any sexually explicit, homophobic, or other inappropriate material.  Think, type, post.
• Sharing other servers, discords, or any advertising is strictly prohibited including through DM or other means without permission of The Owner
• Your Presence in this discord server and participation in WasteLandZ implies... 
• You agree to comply with and have accepted these rules, including any future changes or revisions made to them.  Revisions may occur at any time without prior notice however we generally post any changes in advance. It is your responsibility to check for updates.

Note Violation of any of these Rules may result in a ban or suspension from WasteLandz as well as this Discord.
